What is the 712 Initiative? 

 

Back in January of 2016, Bluffs Downtown, Pottawattamie County Development Corporation and Live Well Council Bluffs joined forces to become the 712 Initiative.  With 20 years of history and with its parent organization the Iowa West Foundation they are working to economic vitality in redevelopment areas through investments in the built environment, activating public spaces and delivering programs that increase social engagement and healthy lifestyles.
