I had a very positive experience when Shawn came out on a muggy Saturday afternoon to fix an electrical problem on the outside of my house:

1. He responded quickly to my initial call, and arrived at my home in under an hour.
2. He was professional and personable, answering my questions about the work he was doing, as well as chatting about regular life stuff when appropriate.
3. Due to my house’s old and quirky construction, some creative thinking was required in order to ensure that the same issue wouldn’t come up again in the future. Shawn explained what he needed to do and why he needed to do it, and I appreciate that.
4. The job took longer than he’d expected, but he maintained a positive disposition throughout.
